Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Container Loading Calculator provided by Sky Team Labs (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is a web-based tool that helps you plan how cargo can be arranged inside containers, trucks and similar transport equipment, and produces 3D visualizations, loading sequences and export reports. The Service is provided free of charge during our launch period. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will give notice before any charges apply to features you currently use.

2. Accounts

You can use the calculator without an account. An optional free account lets you save and reload plan snapshots. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide an accurate email address so we can reach you about your account if needed.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure or other users' data;
• circumvent rate limits, usage caps or access controls, or use automated means to place excessive load on the Service;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted;
• upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the rights of others.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the cargo data, packing lists and plans you enter. You grant Sky Team Labs the limited right to store and process that data solely to operate the Service for you (for example, to compute a plan, save a snapshot you request, or generate a shareable link you create). If you create a shareable read-only link, anyone with that link can view the associated plan until it is deleted or expires.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. Load plans, weight and center-of-gravity figures, and any compliance-related output are indicative estimates for planning purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional judgment or for compliance with carrier, road, maritime, safety and legal requirements. You are solely responsible for verifying that any actual loading is safe and lawful.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Team Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or cargo, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. For a Service provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed EUR 100 (or the amount you have paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any, whichever is greater).

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we may impose or adjust usage limits. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing info@skyteamlabs.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, or where required to protect the Service or other users. On termination we may delete data associated with your account in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator of the Service is established, and the courts of that place may hear any dispute. This does not take away any mandatory consumer-protection right you have where you live: if the law of your own country gives you a stronger right, that right still applies.

10. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to run the Service. If you sign in, we set a single signed session cookie to keep you logged in; your browser also stores small preferences locally (for example, your millimetre/centimetre unit toggle). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We also offer optional analytics cookies, which are only set if you accept them — what they are, how long they last and how to withdraw your choice is set out in section 8 of the Privacy Policy, which is the authoritative description.
